Organic Jojoba Oil

This stuff. So underrated. I use it so often, I have to have this pump bottle! Jojoba is an antioxidant oil that has so many uses. It helps keep a healthy Ph balance in your scalp, on your skin it balances sebum production, which makes your skin bright and smooth. An excellent moisturizer, I use it on my decollete almost daily. It reduces lines and wrinkles and is even excellent for the nether regions, helps to balance Ph in your “junk” area. I try to do a “full body dip” or use it everywhere I can reach, face included, a few times a month. It’s like a spa treatment you can do at home. 

Tea Tree Oil

I use Tea Tree oil (Melaluca) for many of my skin care practices. I like to add a few drops to my toner, mix it with a little water in a spray bottle and use it to freshen my face, it's great to tap a drop straight onto an active spot or zit, so many things!

Frankincense Oil

Frankincense has been known and revered for 2000 years. It has the ability to penetrate the cell wall which is why it is known for skin rejuvenation and healing. I use it about three times per week. After washing my face I pat about 5 to 6 drops directly into my skin with a gentle tapping motion. This is one of the best kept secrets in skin care. Do a patch test first—you may need a carrier oil if it feels too intense.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is sold everywhere but so many brands are sourced in not-so-clean ways. it needs to be cold pressed and organic.This is a home essential; I use it in myriad ways but my two most common, uses are as a mouth rinse after I brush my teeth, and at least once a week I do what I call a "full body dip" lol. After bathing I massage it into every part of my skin that I can reach. And let my skin have the nighttime to absorb it.

Exfoliating Rounds

Exfoliating rounds help clear away blocked pores and the last bits of makeup left behind. These are 100% cotton. Load with toner and then use a circular motion as you breathe deeply. Get the forgotten spots; the corner of the nose/nasolabial folds, out towards your hairline, and under your jawline. Cotton balls won't work, (especially the non cotton "cosmetic puffs", ew). Be thorough and daily use will keep your skin brighter and wrinkles on the down low.

Gua Sha tool

I prefer to use a crystal Gua sha tool because they are from the earth and have a vibration that is soothing. Rose quartz is one of my preferences for my face. This one comes in a cool foam holder that is nice to have since they are delicate. We use them almost every Tuesday in class.

Full Body Gua Sha Tool

This Gua Sha Tool works great for body areas because it is durable and heavier than a normal Gua Sha. You can still use it on the face as well. My favorite way to use it is around my ankles, such relief. It helps drain lymph and reduces tension. Great to use for the ankles during a pedicure and around the knees to reduce swelling. But it can still be used for the face.

Thrive Mascara Liquid Lash Extension

Ok, mascara can be a love-hate relationship. Currently (and I am always looking for the new best mascara) this is my favorite and the only one I use. This is what is known as tubular mascara--it creates a tube around the lash and extends it. It washes off with water. Loving this mascara. It's different in a good way.

This is semi-waterproof, really long lasting but not harsh on the eyes. If you blend it into the lower lash edge carefully it creates an amazing subtle, smokey edge that frames the eye. Also different and also in a good way. Love it.

Paul Mitchell Pro Tools 413 Sculpting Brush

You have to have the right brush that allows you to feel confident about managing your hair. This is my favorite, the only brush I use. It's gentle on the hair shaft and still has a nice grab for the roots when combing out after a shampoo. Absolute favorite, will not be without it.

Self grip hair roller set, Hair roller set 7 pcs, Heatless hair curlers

These are great for adding volume and shape. I'll roll these on dry hair after I blow it dry and leave them in for about 30 minutes until the hair cools off and sets. Once I've done that, I don't have to rewash and redo my hair as often.

Hyaluronic Acid Serum

I use hyaluronic acid on my face—morning and night under moisturizer. This one can work well under any brand of product you may already be using. The pump bottle makes it fast and easy. Perfect for face yoga practice because it offers a nice "slip". I use this on my face, neck, decollete', and body.

Angel Kiss Derma Roller

The derma roller has helped me create a firmer, stronger skin texture. This needle size is .3 which is a good place to start and great for getting your serum into the skin. Your skin will produce more collagen for repair and the integrity of your skin becomes more firm and will sag less.
