Amidst the swirling energies of the red rocks lies an opportunity for profound healing and rejuvenation. At the core of our well-being are our seven major chakras, the energy centers that govern our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. If something is ”off” in your body or spirit; without exception--your chakras are involved. The stresses and demands of daily life often disrupt this delicate equilibrium, leading to feelings of imbalance and disconnection. Some describe it as feeling stuck or unsupported.
This retreat experience allows for self-discovery, deep healing and renewal. These three days will offer participants an efficient path to rebalance their chakras, cleanse their biofield, and participate in somatic (sound) healing to release emotion that has been stuck in the body. Then--importantly, learn to maintain this balance in mind, body, and spirit. This event offers a precious opportunity to step away from the chaos of everyday life, to reconnect with oneself, and to reclaim the inner peace and vitality that is our birthright. As men honor themselves with the gift of retreat, they empower themselves to heal, to grow, and to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Sedona is a stunning backdrop and just the right setting for this Men's Retreat. Sedona has “vortexes” or centers of energy that are known to enhance self-discovery, meditation, emotional release, and spiritual growth. You will have the chance to experience the majesty of the sandstone formations, Red Rock cliffs, and hiking trails.
Never underestimate the power of chakra alignment, (it may surprise you) be sure to watch for and allow your life to level up in many ways once your system of energy comes into balance.

A $1,200.00 deposit will reserve your space at this event at this ticket price with the full balance due by March 1st, 2025. There is a $200.00 non-refundable cancellation fee.

Suggested check-in time is Thursday, March 27th so you are settled and ready to begin the session the day after.

- Yoga mats are proved but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
