Today I'm going to share my strategy for glowing skin with you--my community because I want you to love it as much as I do! And seriously, it's not that difficult.

Let's release all the cosmetic hype and sales tactics and cut to the chase. I'm about to give you the two major building blocks of great skin. Then I'll tell you how simple it can be to incorporate them into your routine; I'll even break it down step by step and tell you exactly how to do it.

Two key practices can make a world of difference! These simple yet powerful steps are foundational to healthy, glowing skin at any age. First; maintain the surface of the skin.

 

Truth #1: Exfoliation for Smooth, Radiant Skin

Exfoliation is like giving your skin a fresh start. By gently sloughing off dead skin cells, you reveal the newer, brighter skin underneath. This not only helps your skin appear smoother and more radiant but also allows any treatments or moisturizers you apply afterward to penetrate more effectively.

When we don’t exfoliate regularly, dead skin cells accumulate, leading to a dull, tired complexion. The skin feels heavy and sags more easily because it's not producing new, bright cells efficiently. The trick is to choose an exfoliator that’s gentle but effective, so you can remove the buildup without damaging your skin.

I use the Renew Advanced Retexturizer It surprised me the first time I used it, it stung! Great for smoothing fine lines and any old scars. I love how it leaves my skin feeling fresh and tighter without any scrubbing or harshness. After a few days I felt like I got my glow back! Today I'm talking about hydrating from the outside; manually. This is overlooked often--don't sleep on what I'm about to tell you!

Once you’ve exfoliated, it’s essential to hydrate! Hydration is key to maintaining a plump, youthful complexion, and hyaluronic acid is the go-to ingredient for this. It's a humectant and can hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water. So as you apply it, hyaluronic acid delivers deep hydration to the skin, keeping it soft and plump. I use the Needle-less Serum. As we age, our skin naturally loses moisture, and plumpness declines. But with the right hydration strategy, you can restore plumpness and that dewy glow. I'll tell you how.

Here's my strategy:

  1. I use the Advanced Retexturizer five nights a week and apply a peptide cream the other two nights.
  2. Every morning I use a 100% cotton pad with a mild toner to clean and prep my skin. Then I apply the Needle-less Serum  in a smooth circular motion.
  3. I then add a few drops of water to my finger tips and practice three minutes of Face Fitness exercises; using techniques from class--just as I teach them LIVE on Tuesdays. Love this stuff:
