Keep The Pace

Keep The Pace is a 2 1/2 week intensive, outdoor cross-training romp. Dynamic drills, stability ball work, conditioning exercises, weight training, fun combinations, really cool gals, and there are always surprises! If you're fussy about getting a little cut grass on you, this may not be your thing.
